The amount of over-win between the ferrule and the shaft or casing depends on the size of the load, the heavier load uses a larger over-win, and the lighter load uses a smaller over-win.

Precautions for use

Rolling bearings are precision parts, so they need to be cautious when using them. Even if high-performance bearings are used, if they are not used properly, the expected performance will not be achieved. Therefore, the following matters should be noted when using bearings:

1. Keep the bearings and their surroundings clean. Even very small dust entering the bearing can exacerbate bearing wear, vibration and noise.

Second, the installation should be careful and careful, do not allow strong stamping, can not directly hit the bearing, does not allow the pressure to pass through the rolling body.

Third, use the correct installation tools, try to use special tools, and try to avoid the use of cloth and short fibers. 

Fourth, to prevent corrosion and rust of the bearing, it is best not to directly take the bearing by hand, to apply high-quality mineral oil and then operate, especially in the rainy season and summer to pay attention to rust.
