Common methods for removing rolling bearings

For the operation of mechanical equipment, small rolling bearings are very important, and in the process of repairing the rolling bearing of mechanical equipment, the rolling bearing is often dismantled and maintained, so that the bearing can be better maintained. Improve the quality of mechanical equipment.

Collect common methods for disassembling rolling bearings:

1. Knocking method

In the rolling bearing disassembly of mechanical equipment, the tapping method is one of the most commonly used methods, and the simplest, not only easy to grasp, but also the damage to mechanical equipment and rolling bearings is relatively small. The common tool for tapping is a manual hammer, and sometimes a wooden hammer or a copper hammer can be used instead. In addition, the tapping method needs to be applied to punches and blocks. In the process of disassembling the rolling bearing, the force of the tapping is not applied to the rolling elements of the rolling bearing, nor is the force track applied to the cage.

In most cases, the force of the tapping method is applied to the inner ring of the bearing. It is worth noting that when the tapping method is applied, if the bearing is mounted to the end of the bearing, then the copper rod with a smaller inner diameter of the bearing or the softer metal material can be used to resist the bearing. Measures, at this time in the lower part of the bearing, add the block, and then use the manual hammer to gently tap, you can gradually remove the bearing. The focus of this method is that it is necessary to control the strength, and when placing the position of the block, it must be absolutely appropriate, and the focus should be accurately controlled.

2, pull out method

Compared to the tapping method, the application of the pull-out method has more excellent skills. The strength of the pull-out method is relatively uniform, and it is relatively easy to control in terms of the magnitude of the force and the direction of the specific force. At the same time, the pull-out method can be used to disassemble the rolling bearing, and the larger-sized bearing can be disassembled. For a bearing with a large interference, the method is also applicable.

The most important thing is that the pull-out method is used to disassemble the rolling bearing, and the damage probability to the parts is very small, and the disassembly cost is low. When the bearing is removed by the pull-out method, the bearing is slowly pulled out by rotating the handle of the special puller. Pay attention to the force of the hook and the bearing when disassembling, and do not damage the hook and the bearing. When using, take care to prevent the hook from slipping off and the angle of the two legs of the puller is less than 90°. Hook the pull hook of the puller to the inner ring of the bearing, and do not hook it on the outer ring of the bearing to avoid excessive looseness or damage. When using the puller, align the screw with the center hole of the shaft and do not bend it.
