Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Cylindrical roller bearings are separate bearings and are easy to install and disassemble. Cylindrical roller bearings are divided into single-row, double-row and multi-row cylindrical roller bearings.

Single-row cylindrical roller bearings are divided into N type with no ribs on the outer ring and double ribs on the inner ring, NU type with no ribs on the inner ring and double ribs on the outer ring and double NJ type with ribs and inner ring with single rib, NF type with double ribs on inner ring, NF type with single rib on outer ring, NUP type with double ribs on inner ring with single rib on inner ring with {TodayHot} ring and many more.

Double-row cylindrical roller bearings are divided into two kinds of structures: cylindrical inner hole and conical inner hole. They have the advantages of compact structure, strong rigidity, large bearing capacity, and small deformation after load. They are suitable for the spindle support of machine tools. NN type and NNU type structural bearings do not limit the relative axial displacement between the shaft and the housing, and are used for non-locating bearings.

FCD four-row cylindrical roller bearing, the ring and rolling element components can be easily separated, and the bearing is easy to clean, inspect and disassemble. It is mostly used on heavy machinery such as cold and hot rolling mills.
