In order to keep INA bearings under good conditions and maintain their proper performance and long-term use, INA bearings must be inspected and maintained. Inspection and maintenance are very important to prevent failures. During operation, it is important to check the rolling noise of INA bearings. , vibration, temperature and lubricant.
1. Rolling sound of INA bearings
One kind of INA bearing noise is generated by the INA bearing itself, that is, the inherent noise of the INA bearing; the other is the noise generated after the INA bearing is installed, which has nothing to do with the noise of the INA bearing itself. Some problems can be analyzed by listening to the sound.
a) Intrinsic noise: Raceway sound “Various INA bearings and rolling friction sound (cylindrical roller INA bearing) are inherent sounds of rolling INA bearings.” , when the INA bearing rotates, the rolling body rolls on the raceway and makes a continuous and smooth sound; abnormal rolling friction sounds can make uncomfortable metal friction abnormal sounds such as “creak, creak”, when the lubrication is good It will not make such a sound. When INA bearings rotate due to cage vibration and cage and rolling The impact of the body will make a sound. This sound is periodic. The vibrato (various INA bearings) is a sound with a certain frequency, which is caused by the vibration caused by the large waviness on the raceway surface.
c) Noise caused by improper use: It exists for all kinds of INA bearings. When the surface of the INA bearing raceway or rolling body is damaged, pressed, or rusted, it will produce a certain period of noise and vibration. When the INA bearing Dirt noise will be generated when dust intrudes during operation. This noise is non-periodic, and it is also accompanied by vibration. The sound is not fixed in size and sometimes absent.
2. Vibration of INA bearings
The vibration of INA bearings has obvious influence on the failure of INA bearings. For example: peeling, indentation, rust, cracks, wear, etc. will be reflected in the vibration detection of INA bearings, so by using a special INA bearing vibration measurement device (frequency analyzer and vibration meter, etc.) can measure the size of the vibration, and the specific situation of abnormal vibration can be inferred through the frequency distribution. The measured value is different due to the use conditions of the INA bearing or the installation position of the sensor, etc., so it is necessary to check each machine in advance. The measured values are analyzed and compared to determine the judgment standard.
3. Temperature of INA bearings
Usually, the temperature of INA bearings rises slowly with the start of operation, and reaches a stable state after 1 to 2 hours. The normal temperature of INA bearings is different due to the heat capacity, heat dissipation, rotational speed and load of the machine. If the lubrication and installation are not suitable, then The temperature of INA bearings will rise sharply, and there will be abnormally high temperatures. At this time, it is necessary to stop the machine and take necessary preventive measures.
4. Lubricant
Lubrication has an important impact on the fatigue life, friction, wear, temperature rise, vibration, etc. of rolling INA bearings. Without normal lubrication, INA bearings cannot work. Analysis of the damage causes of INA bearings shows that about 40% of INA needle roller bearings are damaged All are related to poor lubrication. Therefore, good lubrication of INA bearings is an effective measure to reduce friction and wear of INA bearings.
