Recently, SKF Group completed two consecutive acquisitions, including Rubico Industrial Consulting Co., Ltd. and EFOLEX Co., Ltd., the latter is a manufacturer of industrial lubrication and oil filtration systems under the Europafilter brand. . The joining of the two companies will help SKF realize the vision of a “reliable world” in a smarter, cleaner and digital way.

Rubico is an industrial consulting company with 10 employees, headquartered in Luleå, Sweden, specializing in the visualization and analysis of signal data. Their expertise will bring more possibilities for SKF products, and obtain development and innovation in new technical fields, such as bearing products with optical fiber sensors.
