Introduction

Double row deep groove ball shafts are very suitable for use in bearing arrangements where the load carrying capacity of single row deep groove ball bearings is insufficient. For double row deep groove ball bearings with the same outer and inner diameters as single row deep groove ball bearings, their width is slightly larger, but the load capacity is much higher than that of the 62 and 63 series single row deep groove ball bearings.

The design of double row deep groove ball bearings is basically the same as that of single row deep groove ball bearings. Deep groove ball shaft raceway plus raceway and steel ball has excellent tightness. In addition to bearing radial load, the double row deep groove ball bearing can also bear axial load acting in both directions.

 

Characteristics

The inner and outer races of deep groove ball bearings are arc-shaped deep grooves, and the radius of the groove is slightly larger than the radius of the ball. Mainly used to bear radial load, but also can bear certain axial load.

When the radial clearance of the bearing increases, it has the function of angular contact ball bearing, which can bear larger axial load and is suitable for high-speed rotation.

Application

It is widely used in automobile, home appliance, machine tool, motor, water pump, agricultural machinery, textile machinery and many other industries.

Attention

In low temperature starting or grease viscosity is very high under the circumstances, may need a greater minimum load, bearing said the weight, plus external forces, usually in excess of the required minimum load. If the minimum load has not been achieved, additional radial load must be applied to the bearing.

If the double row deep groove ball bearing is to bear pure axial load, it should not exceed 0.5Co under normal circumstances. Excessive axial load may greatly reduce the working life of the bearing.
