Introduction

Unidirectional thrust ball bearing and bidirectional thrust ball bearing can be divided according to the stress. Unidirectional thrust ball bearing can bear unidirectional axial load. Bidirectional thrust ball bearing, capable of bearing bidirectional axial load, wherein the shaft ring fits the shaft. The mounting surface of the seat ring is spherical bearing, which has the performance of centering and can reduce the influence of mounting error. Thrust ball bearing can not bear radial load, the limit speed is low.

Thrust ball bearing is designed to withstand thrust load at high speed and is composed of a gasket-shaped ring with a ball rolling groove. The thrust ball bearing is divided into two types, the flat base type and the self-aligning spherical type, because the ring is cushioned. In addition, the bearing can withstand axial loads, but not radial loads.

In addition to the bearings presented in this section, XRL supplies thrust ball bearings for special application requirements. This assortment includes bearings with Solid Oil and NoWear coated bearings.

Features and Benefits

● Separable and interchangeable

The separable components of XRL thrust ball bearings are interchangeable. This facilitates mounting and dismounting, and maintenance inspections.

● nitial misalignment

Bearings with sphered housing washe can accommodate initial misalignment.

● Interference fit

Shaft washers have a ground bore to enable an interference fit. The bore of the housing washer is turned and always larger than the shaft washer bore.

●To allow for mounting errors, either one-way or two-way, you can choose a spherical self-aligning spherical pedestal type or one with a spherical seat ring type

●High level of grease technology

●High grade steel ball – smooth and quiet at high speed

●Using the ring in the option, installation error is allowed

Application

It is only applicable to the machine parts bearing one axial load and low speed, such as crane hook, vertical pump, vertical centrifuge, jack, low speed reducer, etc. The shaft ring, seat ring and rolling body of the bearing are separated and can be installed and removed separately.
