Introduction

Micro deep groove ball bearing refers to the metric series, the outer diameter is less than 9mm; Inch series, the outer diameter is less than 9.525mm of all kinds of bearings, the main material is carbon steel, bearing steel, stainless steel, plastic, ceramic, etc, the inner diameter can be as small as 0.6mm, the general inner diameter of 1mm more.

Characteristics

In ultra small aperture in the miniature bearing, miniature deep groove ball bearing type has the metric 68 series, 69 series, 60 series, etc, inch on a total of 6 R series, based on this, also can be divided into with ZZ steel dust cover bearing series, rubber sealing ring with RS miniature bearing series, teflon bearings seals series and flanged penal series and so on.

Application

Suitable for all kinds of industrial equipment, small rotary motor of high speed low noise field, such as: office equipment, micro motor, instrument, laser engraving, small clock, soft drive, pressure rotor, dental drill, drive motor, stepping motor, VCR magnetic drum, toy models, computer cooling fan, paper, fax machine, and so on related areas.

Attention

1. Place the yoke iron on the end face of the main engine.

2. Insert the plug into the power socket with the control switch.

3. Check whether the grounding wire is in good condition, and test with the measuring pen after the power is switched on.

4. Press the start button and the host is powered on.

5. Check that the yoke iron has no voltage to the ground.

6. Press the stop button to stop heating when the host machine power off.

7, According to the different specifications of the miniature bearing or other workpiece, choose different yoke iron cover, put the yoke iron on the top of the main machine, should be consistent with the smooth.

8. When heating the miniature bearing, the sensor shall be inserted into the "sensor socket" and the sensor shall be attached to the heated workpiece.
